No controller under the dash.
Everything lives on the trailer. The Dial is wireless and optional.
Trailer brake control · Engineered in Australia
TowPilot reads your tow vehicle's brake signal and the trailer's own motion, then applies the trailer brakes in proportion. One unit on the trailer. Nothing to install in the cab.
Why it stands apart
Everything lives on the trailer. The Dial is wireless and optional.
Braking or not, it steps in to settle the trailer when sway starts.
Updates arrive through the app, and an interrupted update will not leave a dead unit.
How it works
Taps the standard brake and lamp wiring. Tells real braking from hazard flashers, even on vehicles with dimmed factory lamps.
A built-in motion sensor measures how hard the trailer is actually slowing, and allows for hills.
Applies the trailer brakes to match the stop: light or hard, rather than simply on or off.

Sway control
TowPilot keeps an eye on the trailer the whole time you're towing, not only when your foot is on the brake. When sway starts, it steps in with the trailer brakes to help settle it.
The system
Controller
Bolt it flat to the trailer, facing any direction. It reads the wiring, senses the trailer's motion and runs the brakes.
Dial · optional
A wireless Dial in the cab for braking gain and manual trailer braking. Add it if you want it.
App
Pair over Bluetooth, calibrate in a few steps, check live braking status and trailer location, and take updates over the air.
Built in
Set up once
Bolt it flat to the trailer, facing any direction.
